CASA Bourbon Pairing
This one off event will benefit CASA of Madison County. It is a 4 course meal with each course having a different bourbon.
Menu:
1st course: Honey Bourbon Glazed Stuffed Portobello Mushroom
2nd course: Spinach Salad with bacon, tomato, homemade ranch dressing with bourbon balsamic drizzle
3rd course: Beef Tenderloin served over three cheese grits with a bourbon butter reduction served with grilled asparagus.
4th course: Chocolate Moose Cake with Bourbon Drizzle
